Deqing Huazhijie Railing & Fencing Co., Ltd. is a PVC Horse Fence manufacturer working from Deqing, Zhejiang, near Shanghai. How a Huazhijie Horse Fence Section Goes Together

Every post leaves our line already routed for its position in the run — line, end, corner, 3-way or blank — so the installer is not drilling structural holes on site. Rails are double-ribbed and pre-notched, then slid into the post routes and locked in place. A flat cap finishes each post, and four cap styles are available across the range.

Material Formulation, Weathering and Cleaning

The formulation is lead-free and built on 100% virgin vinyl with no recycled content, using US DuPont TiO₂ at 10 parts per 100 together with US or German brand pigments and traceable PVC resin. That combination is what keeps the profile from chalking, cracking, chipping, peeling or rotting through its service life, and it holds colour in climates from roughly -40°C to 70°C.

The surface is non-porous, so dirt, dust and animal waste do not soak in. A garden hose handles routine cleaning; stubborn marks come off with a mild abrasive cleaner, and graffiti generally lifts with ordinary detergent and water.

Gates, Corners and Perimeter Integration

Access points are matched to the fence rather than bought separately. Walk gates run from 3' to 8' wide and double drive gates up to 16', in the same colour and profile family as the rail sections, so a paddock entrance does not read as an add-on. An independent quality-control group inspects each extruder's production every hour and carries out additional random examination, so profile dimensions, wall thickness and surface finish are checked through the shift rather than only at final packing. Raw materials are traceable back to the resin, TiO₂ and pigment suppliers.

Each panel kit includes all rails and pickets for the section, with posts, caps and gates supplied to the same order. Section volumes are 0.05 CBM for the 2-rail system, 0.07 CBM for the 3-rail and 0.086 CBM for the 4-rail, which makes container loading predictable across mixed orders. Loading quantity is confirmed against the final configuration before booking.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which rail count suits a horse paddock?

Three rails at 54" is the usual choice for horse paddocks and riding areas, because it gives visible containment without closing the view. Two rails at 36" suits property lines, farm boundaries and pet containment, while four rails at 54" is used for ranch perimeters and mixed livestock where a stronger visual barrier is wanted. We confirm the rail count against stocking density and layout before quoting.

Do the posts arrive pre-routed?

Yes. Posts are routed at the factory as line, end, corner, 3-way or blank, in 4" x 4" or 5" x 5" sizes. Standard post heights are 60" for the 2-rail system and 78" for the 3- and 4-rail systems, with other heights available.

Can gates be matched to the fence?
