The Privacy Fence Range We Manufacture

Seven panel families cover the privacy segment, each sharing the same post, rail and picket architecture so a single project can mix top treatments without changing installation method or hardware. Every section is assembled from extruded profiles cut, drilled and notched in our own plant.

Material and Panel Construction

Profiles are extruded from 100% virgin vinyl with no recycled content and no lead stabiliser. The formulation carries UV inhibitors, impact modifiers and stabilisers, with titanium dioxide at 10 parts per 100 using DuPont material, plus US or German brand pigments. Resin, pigment and TiO₂ inputs are traceable through production.

• Tongue-and-groove pickets at 7/8" × 6" or 7/8" × 11 3/8", interlocking to close the sightline across the full panel width.
• Aluminium insert in the bottom rail for commercial-grade stiffness and improved resistance to rail sag over long runs.
• Pre-notched rails at 2" × 6" × 94" and pre-routed posts, so pickets and rails seat without field routing.
• U-channel at 1" × 1" retains the outer picket edges and keeps the panel face flat.
• Working temperature range from −40 °C to 70 °C, with the surface engineered against cracking, chipping, peeling and rot.

Configuration Options

Standard section height is 72" and standard width is 96", with other heights and widths produced to order. Posts are offered in 4" × 4" or 5" × 5", optionally up to 102", and are pre-routed as line, end, corner, 3-way or blank so the bill of materials matches the site layout rather than being cut on site.

Application Fit

Full-privacy panels suit boundaries where a continuous visual barrier is the design intent: rear yard enclosures, pool surrounds, warehouse and yard perimeters, villa plots and rental property lines. Where a project needs a more open street-facing elevation, the same post and rail system carries a lattice or picket top, and the PVC Picket Fence range covers front-yard and decorative runs.

Because the material does not rot, warp or corrode, the panels hold their line in coastal, high-rainfall and freeze-thaw climates, and the smooth surface has no sharp edges — relevant for properties with children, pets or public access. Cleaning is normally a garden hose rinse, with mild abrasive cleaner for stubborn marks.

Production and Quality Control

Production runs through extrusion, cutting, hole drilling, notching, packaging and storage in our Deqing facility, with the extrusion line at the centre of the process. An independent quality-control group inspects each extruder's output hourly and carries out additional random examination, so profile wall thickness, colour and routing are checked during the run rather than only at final assembly.

Certification documentation includes CE, RoHS and UL94, alongside SGS, ASTM and ISO 9001 records and a TUV Global Manufacturer Certificate. Finished systems carry a 30-year limited warranty. We supply installation video guidance and technical support with each order so installation crews work from the same assembly sequence.

Gates, Accessories and System Integration

Matching gates are produced to the same profile and colour as the panel run, so a completed boundary reads as one system. Installation follows wood-fence practice: posts are set in concrete where local practice requires it, rails slot into the routed post holes, pickets drop into the notched rails, and caps are fitted last. The heavier post and rail wall, combined with notched rails, improves pull-out resistance at the joints.

What is the standard PVC privacy fence section size?

Our normally quoted section is 6 ft tall × 8 ft wide, built with 7/8" × 6" or 7/8" × 11 3/8" tongue-and-groove pickets, 2" × 6" pre-notched top and bottom rails, and 4" × 4" or 5" × 5" pre-routed posts. Other heights and widths are produced to order, and posts can be supplied up to 102" for taller configurations.

Is the aluminium insert necessary?

It is optional and specified per project. The aluminium insert sits inside the bottom rail and adds stiffness for commercial-grade installations, long unsupported spans and sites with higher wind exposure. Residential runs are frequently supplied without it where the standard rail section meets the local requirement.

Can you produce a privacy fence to our own profile or brand?

Yes. We work on OEM and ODM orders and hold more than 500 PVC profile styles, so new fence profiles and top treatments can be developed from customer drawings or samples. Custom sizes, colours and packaging marks are handled through the same tooling and extrusion process used for our catalogue panels.

How is the fence packed and loaded?

Sections, posts, rails, pickets, U-channels and caps are packed as a matched kit for the ordered layout. A standard section occupies 0.166 CBM, which we use to calculate container loading quantity against the post and gate schedule before confirming the shipment plan.

What maintenance does a vinyl privacy fence need?

Routine care is a garden hose rinse. For stubborn marks, a cleaner containing a mild abrasive suitable for fibreglass bathtubs is recommended, and most paint or graffiti can be removed with ordinary detergent and water. The material is formulated against chalking, cracking, chipping, peeling and rot, and systems carry a 30-year limited warranty.
